Mayu Miyashita, Esq.
Mayu Miyashita, Esq., is another experienced insurance defense attorney. She won thirty-nine (39) appeals and won hundreds of motions for summary judgment dismissal. She received her J.D., from the New England School of Law, Boston, Mass., with honors, including the Honor's Society Award, Charles Hamilton Houston Enrichment Program, and was the Editor of the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement. She authored "Case Comment City of Boerne v. Flores and Its Impact on Prisoner's Religious Freedom,"
New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement, Vol. 25, no. 2 Summer 1999. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Dokkyo University, Saitama, Japan. Ms. Miyashita is admitted to practice in New York, and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of New York, and for the Southern District of New York. She is a member of the Asian American Bar Association of New York. She is fluent in German and Japanese.
